A Question on Moments

In every single Pottermore Moment, none of the characters are depicted facing front. Namely, we can never see their faces. Does anyone know why that is?

It's because people have their own idea of how the characters' faces should appear. Some just imagine the actors, others come up with their own ideas. It isn't like hair or eye colour, which is easily described, so the illustrators leave the faces up to people's imaginations.
