licking of the bum in dogs is often a sign of worms...its not serious but i would double check with vet or just get a women tablet to iether crush into food or you can directly put the tablet at the back of throat and hold the mouth shut until they swallow.

Thanks for answering and no offense but i dont think she has worms also we live in the country and so it is kinda hard to get her to a vet right away.
