I heard that in the manga of Rosario+Vampire , Tsukune and Moka start to go out and date , is this true? If so what volume dose this take place?

Well at the rate that the manga is going right now I don't think that any of them may be dating Tsukune. Yukari, Mizore, and Kurumu are most likely dead. Ruby is still alive but not sure how long. Moka may be absorbed into Alucard and Akua might kill Tsukune. But to answer your question, no, Tsukune and Moka haven't actually legitimately dated yet

i forget which chapter its in but in the manga Tsukune starts training with Moka and she asks him to go shopping with her thats the closest thing i've seen in the manga where they date but she just wants tsukune to come along while she shops for clothes but they're not really dating
