They're different when it comes to appearance and character, but siblings aren't ALWAYS similar.

They were brothers. It was mentioned in the movie that Scar was Simba's uncle. Unless it's asking if I didn't know if they were, then prolly not no.

Yeah. I would've known it because you can tell by the way Scar acts towards Mufusa and Simba. How he wanted to kill them both. That Mufusa got all the strength and him not getting any.

NOT KNOWING if they were or not I would not think they were because honestly when you see two completely different looking people you dont normally think they are siblings and plus Scar and Mufasa don't look anything alike :)
