The name "Taka" was not given by Scar's creators but by an outsider childrens' book author who did not even work at The Walt Disney Company.

As in it is nothing more but a fanfiction name that happened to become official for a spin-off book. Not for the canon character. The canon Scar's original name is still unknown.
