Sonic the Hedgehog Question

Can someone tell me who the heck this Nazo is?..

I have been a Sonic fan for years. I know the characters, I know the their storys. I have never heard of Nazo. Is he even a real character?

Well I know he's a hedge hog, I'm just wondering where he came from. Because I'v never heard of him before,

Nazo was in Sonic: Nazo Unleased by Chakara X. But I am not certain he is an official Sonic character. You might need to look on Google for more info. You can also look on Sonic News Network. I looked myself and I found out that he appeared in an early trailer for Sonic X. But he never appeared on the show. He was supposed to be the main character of the show.
