You can the story on LisaJ's website, "Thicker Than Water." Here's what happened: Keller fights a dragon on her own and gets badly injured. Rashel and Quinn come to help her and they got badly injured. When they are in the Circle Daybreak hospital, Quinn and Galen answer the two girls questions.
It is discovered that when Rashel and Quinn moved to Circle Daybreak, she brought along a picture of her parents. The picture got smashed, and inside she found a letter by her father to her mother. Her father is a shapeshifter. He left the mom and took Keller with him because she was always in her half-and-half form. Rashel and Keller are twin sisters.

EXACTLY. So Rashel and Keller are HALF human, and HALF shapeshifter. Makes sense though when you think about it.. theyre personalities are sorta similar.

Rashel and Keller are not twins. How can they be? Rashel was an only child. Whoever said that obviously haven't been paying attention.
