When do you find out that Keller and Rashel are twins??
Everyone keeps saying that Keller and Rashel are twins but it isn't in any of the books so....

It is discovered that when Rashel and Quinn moved to Circle Daybreak, she brought along a picture of her parents. The picture got smashed, and inside she found a letter by her father to her mother. Her father is a shapeshifter. He left the mom and took Keller with him because she was always in her half-and-half form. Rashel and Keller are twin sisters.
