This may be sort of off topic, but I really need some help. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make the types of videos for YouTube where it is compiled of clips and pictures, like The Office ones where they list the top 10 of something. So I don't need any info on making videos with camcorders or anything like that.

Like I said, this may be really off topic, but I have to make a video and I need some help. Or if you know a better suiting spot to post this in, I would be much obliged. I know fans of The Office are always the best, so I thought I'd ask here first. :)
