The sim Gets realley fat and make a diffrent sim click on them and it will say baby and then it will say rub belly or talk to belly

You must wait about a day before you are able to see results. The first sign is she'll start having a pas-afire with a question mark next to it. Sometimes they won't even throw up, but if they do, then you know your sims is pregnant. Also some of the answers people have given you are true, get another person to click the sims you suspect is pregnant and then just see if it says rub belly. If you're on normal aging, the first 2/3 days they will vomit, then afterwards the game will tell you that she is pregnant and from there her bump will grow.

When u try for a baby if she gets pregnant there will be a little melody when u try so make sure ur sound is up and u will here a song play after they are done trying and if u dont here it shes not pregnant

When ur done trying for a baby have the boy relax and the. The girl click him and then announce pregnancy then u know ur pregnant
