Of course you can! Choosing to wait is a choice that anyone and everyone can make. It's not like Christians are in some special, elite group where only THEY are allowed to follow these kinds of ideals. (I know; I'm one of them.) =P
In fact, it's encouraging to me to see that Christians aren't the only ones who want to wait. It's sad to me how purity is so scorned and mocked in today's culture, and how teens are expected and even pressured to "get laid" as soon as possible...and you're a loser if you don't. (At least, that's the message I'm getting.) Few people realize how special waiting can be...or how practical. No STDs or pregnancies for me, thank you! xD
