I saw this in the Winx Club spot..wanna join?

Rules

1. You can only nominate two users.
2. You can nominate the user you've nominated for the previous month if the user has not win yet.
3. You cannot vote yourself.
4. Please, tell the truth about yourself when I interview you using the "send message" method.

The winner will appear in the newsletter of April. :) Please join.
