For Silverwing's challenge. Crap-ass title. Fin's... 3 years younger, I think.. not sure... *shrug*
“Chelsea!” came a high-pitched young squeal of a voice that set the teen’s nerves on edge. The kid was ten, and already she was bugging the hell out of her. The 15-year old focused on the girl who was practically bouncing with happiness. “What?” she managed to ask, attempting to keep any venom out of her voice. Mr. Wilson had told her to be somewhat nice to the brat.
“Slade promised that you’d train me today!” Infinity screeched, jumping out of practically nowhere, which was probably true, because the girl had met a teleporter a couple days ago. Chelsea nearly screamed in anger, but eventually sighed and lowered her head. “Look, kid, I don’t want to help you. I’d rather you learn on your own-- that’s how I learned--”
“Don’t care, you have orders to!” the girl giggled and jumped onto Chelsea’s back. The red-eyed teen grumbled, but opened a portal otherwise, the kid on her back laughing happily.

“Now, you see that guy?” Chelsea pointed to a middle-class businessman. When she didn’t get a reply, she turned to the over-hyper younger female. “Infinity!”
Said girl jumped. “Oh, sorry, Ch-Redstream.” She skipped over, the black of her sleeves clashing with the muddy orange of the main tunic. She looked up at Chelsea, her eyes darkened by colored contacts. Chelsea sighed at the girl’s enthusiasm. She was about to beat the hell out of someone... and she was happy about it. “Now do you see him?”
Infinity nodded eagerly. “Whudda I do?” she ask, her hair hanging at at her shoulders and whipping in the soft breeze of the night.
Chelsea glanced back at the man. “Remember the fire?”
Infinity nodded once, holding her hand up. Her fingertips lit into flame, and she struggled to focus until it was her whole hand that was ignited. “Yeah! ...Now what?”
Chelsea raised an eyebrow. “You throw it.”
“...Where, exactly?”
My god, she’s more clueless than Jessica with her first gun! “At the man.”
“Riiiiggghhtt.. where’d he go?”
Chelsea’s eyes darted to where the man had just been, key word, just. Chelsea fought the urge to facepalm, instead turning away from the firecaster girl and rubbing her temples. “Infinity...” she muttered, but sighed. “Can we please call you something else? It’s too damn long to call you that.”
The girl nodded eagerly. “Hows about Fin?”
“Alright, yeah. But I’ll call you kid. Uh, let’s...” The sound of a safety being clicked off made Chelsea glance up quickly. Then she dove to the right onto Fin, who yelped in surprise. “Hey!”
“Shush, kid! Someone’s after us!”
Bullets began to rain down on the two and Chelsea grabbed the 10 year old and ran. “Use your stupid powers!” Fin screamed, a bullet shattering a piece of glass that had come out from the window the attacker had shot not two seconds before. “I don’t have them, exactly.”
“You’re freakin’ joking, right? Please tell me you’re joking, Chels!” There was worry in Fin’s voice, and Chelsea turned a sharp glare to the girl. “No. I’m not. Now, stay here.”
She set her down and ran off, despite Fin’s protests. “Bitch!” was the last one she heard before jumping into the middle of government forces. She began to fight them, but it wasn’t long before she was completely surrounded. She tried her best to get out, but a pair of handcuffs were thrown onto her wrists almost immediately. Struggling, she glared at them, fully prepared to resort to yelling for help from Brennan who she knew was watching. But she never got the chance.
“HEY!”
The guards were startled, if anything, by the small voice that was yelping. They laughed at the sight of the overly-skinny short for her age child with a glare that may have been able to match a bat’s if it wasn’t on such a young-looking face. “Leave her alone!”
“We’re helping you out here, kid. Ever heard of the government?”
“Yes,” she hissed. “I don’t like them.”
Chelsea snickered, but snickers turned to awe as the man who’d talked before fell to the ground, screaming as the front of his shirt lit on fire and burned straight through the kevlar. The others fell too, stop, drop, rolling, which was successful, but only until they were unconscious. Chelsea looked up in amazement, that lasted for a second, as Fin skipped up to her and unlocked the cuffs like nothing had even happened. She hasn’t even had training for that...
“Can we go home now, Chels?”
For the first time, Chelsea let her guard down and swung the kid back up onto her shoulders. “C’mon, Fin, let’s go.” Fin beamed when Chelsea used her name, and threw her arms around her neck. They made their way back down to the warehouses.

That was the last time Fin saw Chelsea until she was 13. The first time they met, when Fin was a hero and Chelsea still in her line of work as a mercenary-in-training, the 18 year old barely recognized her. When she did, she instantly noted how gold seemed to suit the girl, much better than orange ever had. She also noted how the teen had grown in skill.
She confronted her, and Fin didn’t notice her instantly, but when she did, she’d waited until everyone else was unconscious before she hugged her.
Chelsea said nothing against the action, but did mention a small, important detail. “You do realize we’re supposed to fight?”
“Yeah, I know, Chels. But I can’t fight you... you’re like my sister.”
Chelsea almost flinched, then looked down in agony. “I’m sorry you think that way, Fin...”
Fin looked at her like she was crazy. “Why?”
“Because now I have to do this.” Chelsea placed a hand on Fin’s temple, and her eyes glowed. She didn’t want to change Fin’s emotions. She didn’t want Fin to hate her, she didn’t want to pretend to hate Fin, but that was the way the world worked. As Fin fell to the ground, she sighed and opened a portal, taking one last look at her once-sister, then left, guilt stabbing at her internally for leaving the only family she’d ever remember.

Before I unleash Hayden onto the world of RP (it should happen probably later tonight or tomorrow) there was one change I wanted to make to his bio. I didn't really wanna re-post the whole bio, so the only change is involving his personality.
He's now cocky, arrogant, over-confident, and slightly obnoxious. He likes to tease and tends to pick on people smaller/younger/weaker than him. He's also a flirt and a cusser, plus he has a temper and can get very violent.
Until I officially bring him into this world, stay whelmed my friends.
