How do you make a music video with animated movie charaters lip singing it?

To be more specific, Bolt w/ characters lip singing Up! (thats the songs name) Im bad w/ technology but persistant to make this.What do I need? Where? How? Do i need any specific programs? Where can i find cut scenes from the movie? (maybe i can do this) If you can give me a step by step process, that would really help. Thanks.
