Is this a special card?

i've never seen this card before but i'm going to say yes, it's special, as u can see the ATK and the DEF are unknown, and it says: this card cannot be normal summedned.

its not real special. if your making a deck with it then yes.

I'm not sure because i've never seen it before but i'm gonna say Yes.notice the ATK/ ? DEF/ ? and the "Lometed Edition" on the lower half of the card.

Is that from 5d's or something?
