what yu-gi-oh card lets you discard your whole hand?

i REALLY need to know! also, i can't read 25% of my hand. what do i do?

because 9 cards are in spanish and 1 is in japonese. anyways thanks this helps alot :)

yeah i have a few cards in germany, but i looked in the internet and found out what do they do, i'll tell u what why don't u put them here maybe someone will know them and tell u what do they do.
