Round 6: Protagonist's rival.
Round 7: Tritagonist (Third most important character)
Round 8: Major Character who dies
Round 9: Good person turned evil
Round 10: Protagonist's Dead Family member
Round 11: Annoying Popular Girl From before Events
Round 12: The Mary Sue
Remaining 13th will be a minor character with a big role.

Bonus Round: Protagonist's love interest.

Either her, Merida, or Elsa. I mean, all of these girls have a "territorial/mean" side to them...that would fit the bill.

I actually wrote an article on how Elsa would make a good villain in Frozen herelink but I also think in this movie it could also add to Anna's role as deuteragonist since she'll be more help to Rapunzel by knowing information about her

She's a Slytherin IMO XP. Tiana has the characteristics and capability (not just by having misunderstood powers) of a good antagonist. She will be a villain who has high standards, like Ra's Al Ghul from Batman Begins, not only vengeful, hateful, power hungry type of villain. She doesn't need any special power as a matter of fact. Her intelligence, ambition, and hard work will be her strength.

Or Aurora. She could be a Red Herring type of antagonist which Disney loves to make very much now. Starting from Toy Story 3 (PIXAR! ^__^), Wreck-it Ralph, Frozen, Big Hero 6, and *SPOILERS!!!* Zootropolis.

No, no, no, not Elsa, please. Too many people depict her as a villain, which will be uninteresting if she becomes one in this creative countdown. I wholeheartedly agree with 3xZ's opinion on having Tiana as the evil mastermind.
