I think Merida has quite a bit of family values which gets distorted by her lack of obedience. Despite not conforming to her mother's ideal version of her, Merida does still long for her mother's approval and has quite a close relationship with her father especially and somewhat with her brothers. She seems much more voluntarily engaged with her own family than Jasmine or Ariel (or even Pocahontas) with them all being very free-spirited.
Elsa isolated herself but she did so to protect her family which makes me believe that she does have some strong family values. Furthermore, she isolates herself because her father told her so and she obeyed his word, I think in part, because she does value her family so much. That being said, I think her lack in trust of her family is why I don't see her making it to last few rounds.
Aurora grew up under the impression that her 3 aunts were her family and she seemed to love them dearly. It seemed like they had a close relationship and she seemed to have much respect and care for them, leaving Phillip to obey their orders as well as not have them worry, invite Phillip to meet them for family approval and letting go of Phillip to fulfill her princess destiny as her 'family' told her. Furthermore, the 1st time she does get to see her actual parents, she immediately embraces them with open arms which also makes me think she has very strong family values.
