One Direction have had a busy week, haven\'t they? Not only did they play their first EVER BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, perform at the Royal Variety Performance, release their new album, prepare for their X Factor performance AND give some extremely lucky fans a total treat at their London Session, but they also popped by BBC Radio 1 looking more appealing than a café with free Wi-Fi.

In fact, Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan looked so hot that we\'re pretty sure we could cook our dinner on just their faces. We\'d probably eat it off their faces and/or bodies given the opportunity, but that\'s a conversation for another time.

We should probably warn you that the awesome foursome look so friggin\' fit in these photos, that we actually cried. And maybe momentarily considered printing out all the photos and making them into coasters. ANYWAY.

Here we have the Nialler, taking inspiration from Uncle Simon Cowell and showing off a mere hint of fuzziness on his chesty-chest-chest. The combination of that maroon shirt and black spray-on jeans is making us want to poke ourselves in the eye with a piece of spaghetti, and don\'t even get us started on his unbelievably erect quiff. 

Oh how we\'d love to be those sunglasses holding back Harold\'s luscious locks. Seriously Harry, what product do you use? Is there a special technique for massaging it in the scalp? CAN YOU SHOW US ON OUR SCALP?

Well that got out of hand quickly. Hazza and his

 navy coat of dreams (and those bloody tan boots) got a bit kinky showing off his knee cap and it\'s kinda distracting. Also kinda want to stick our fingers in those dimples. Is that weird?

Right, can we start by discussing that facial hair please? There\'s something about adding stubble to Luigi\'s already ridiculously fit jawline teamed with a quiff higher than The Shard that\'s making us want to cry our own river of tears. Yes, we are feeling all the emotions right now and yes, we do kinda want to stroke his face. Not even sorry.

Then there\'s that 3/4 length navy t-shirt, those jeans and those trainers giving us the #CasualClothingGoals to end all #CasualClothingGoals, if there\'s even such a thing. Stick a fork in us, we\'re done.

Last but definitely not least is Liam, who looks a bit like he\'s just stepped off the good ship Payno in that nautical t-shirt. Sporting a quiff higher than, well, Louis\',  and the world\'s cutest smile that\'s turning our insides into jelly. Not only that, but we could most definitely grate cheese on that jawline and scrub our shoes on that stubble.
