Have you heard of the PokΓ©mon promo video that Phelous reviewed? Giovanni does appear in it. The animation of him is from his first appearance in the anime, but he has different dialogue. What's interesting is that the promo video has Giovanni telling Jesse, James and Meowth that he wants Ash's Pikachu, which is odd since he doesn't seem to care that much about getting Pikachu in the anime. Something that I find interesting is that Giovanni did have screentime in one of the PokΓ©mon intros. He appears in the Orange Islands intro, which I think is a strange place to include him, because he only appeared once in that season, and his one appearance was rather brief. I think that it would have been more fitting to have him in the Black & White season intros, because he had more screentime in those seasons. Posted 3 hours ago

Well, I have noticed that too in the intro of the Orange Islands saga when I have watched it back as a kid and yes, Giovanni didn't show up that much, but the strange thing about this intro is that it showed a lot of characters from the previous season that even includes some characters who were oneshot characters, but none of them were showed up in any episode of the OI saga, but some of these characters like Ritchie and Duplica will show up later in some future episodes and those two showed up in some Johto episodes, but after that they haven't appeared in any other episodes, but Ritchie did make a cameo appearance in one of the episodes of Journeys though. Well, I do agree that it would make more sense to have him showing up at least in one or two BW intros as he played a major role from that saga though, but I'm very glad that you decided to do more research about the PokΓ©mon anime by giving it more chances than before. πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸπŸŒ»πŸ― 3 hours ago
